What does FanHub actually do?+
It scores every Indonesian-relevant artist on four dimensions — Virality, Concert readiness, Merch readiness, Trading-Card readiness — and gives labels, promoters, and brands a defensible go/no-go on bookings, drops, and IP picks.
How fresh is the data?+
Core streaming metrics refresh nightly between 02:00 and 07:00 WIB. Scores recompute at 08:00 WIB after every ingest. The admin freshness matrix shows exactly when each (artist, metric) pair was last seen.
How many artists do you track?+
180+ at private-beta launch, across 11 tiers (A through K). The roster grows as labels join — labels can add their own roster via the admin UI.
Where does the data come from?+
Spotify Web API + artist pages, YouTube Data API, kworb, Shazam Indonesia, Google Trends. Apple Music chart positions land in Phase 1.5. Chartmetric + TikAPI integrate in Phase 3 for richer audience demographics.
Can I trust the scores?+
Every score breaks down by component with the exact raw value and the weights version that produced it. Historical scores stay tagged with their weights version, so a re-weight never silently rewrites the past.
How does the dangdut tier work? Don't its dynamics differ from pop?+
Tier E (dangdut/koplo) gets its own weights override — YouTube weight is higher, regional concentration matters more than national. Tier-specific overrides will expand to other tiers as the dataset grows.
Is FanHub free?+
Yes — completely free during private beta. Pricing tiers (Indie, Label, Enterprise) launch with v1.0. Beta users get 30 days' notice and a launch discount.
Who has access during beta?+
Currently, invited labels, promoters, and brands. Request access via the demo form — we're onboarding ~5 orgs/week.
Where is data stored?+
Supabase Postgres in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Phase 4 adds read replicas for SEA expansion (PH/TH/VN data residency requirements addressed then).
How is my data protected?+
Row-level security on every table. PII redacted from logs. Secrets in Infisical, rotated quarterly. Sentry + Logtail for observability — no PII shipped to either.
Can my whole team use one account?+
No — each user gets their own login (magic link or Google OAuth). Within an organization, members share watchlists, notes, and alerts. That's the right unit of collaboration.
Can I export to CSV?+
Yes. Every list view has an Export CSV button. PDF artist briefs ship in Phase 2 polish.
